TALVO provides international recruitment, employer coordination, work permit guidance, documentation support, interview scheduling, and pre-departure assistance. Final hiring decisions are made solely by the employer.

2. Candidate Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and genuine personal information and documents.
• Attend scheduled interviews, trade tests, and appointments.
• Comply with employer requirements and destination country regulations.
• Keep TALVO informed of any changes to submitted information.

3. Recruitment Process

Job opportunities depend on employer requirements, candidate qualifications, skills, language proficiency, medical fitness, and workforce demand. TALVO cannot guarantee employment.

4. Work Permit & Visa

Work permit and visa decisions are made exclusively by the relevant government authorities. Approval depends on employer sponsorship, documentation, immigration regulations, and official policies.

5. Employer Selection

Employers have the sole authority to shortlist, interview, select, or reject candidates. TALVO acts only as a recruitment facilitator.

6. Fees & Payments

Any applicable service fees will be communicated before the recruitment process begins. Payments for completed services may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Travel & Relocation

Travel arrangements, accommodation, insurance, and relocation support are subject to employer policies and destination country regulations.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

Candidate information is used only for recruitment purposes and may be shared with employers or government authorities where necessary and permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

TALVO is not responsible for employer decisions, visa refusals, government policy changes, travel restrictions, or delays beyond our reasonable control.
